    ARCHITECTURE
Residential, Commercial Public Sector Buildings. including new build or refurbishment ,single and two storey extensions, conservatories, loft conversions and internal alterations Change of Use and fit-out of all types including offices, restaurants, cafes and health care properties.


PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Advice on District Council Planning Policy, including Permitted Development and projects in Green Belt and Conservation Areas. Submission of a Planning Application and/or a Listed Building Consent to the Local Authority and working with the Planning Case Officer
towards gaining an Approval.
 
    BUILDING REGULATIONS
Preparation of working drawings information for a Building Control submission to either the Local Authority or an Approved Inspector and liaison with the Building Officer to gain a Building Regulations Approval.
  CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Reviewing Contractor tenders and Contract Award, providing site inspections, Contractor Valuations and Architects Certificates and acting as liaison between Client and Contractor during the construction process until completion.

 
    LEAD DESIGN CONSULTANT
Coordinating the design with input from other Consultants including overseeing appointment of Structural Engineers, Energy Consultants and other designers.

  INTERIORS
Preparation of sample boards and colour palettes, hard and soft finishes and fixed furnishings design, personal Art work.  Interiors are an integral part of any design, from the paints and parers through to the right furniture.
 
    BUILDING SURVEYING
Detailed measured building and photographic surveys for the preparation of existing premises drawings.

  THREE DIMENSIONAL VISUALISATION
As well as 2D computer aided design drawings,  Ican prepare 3D computer models with external views. 

 
    CONSERVATION WORK
Conservation, restoration, alteration or extension of historic properties requiring a Listed Building Consent.
